• Standard Delivery: Monday – Saturday
• Delivery Hours: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Same-Day or Next-Day Delivery: Available on select products
and areas (subject to availability and order time)
We will confirm a delivery date and time window after your order is placed.
You’ll receive a phone call or email notification prior to dispatch.
Delivery fees vary based on:
• Distance from our distribution center
• Size and weight of your order
• Any special handling or equipment required
Estimated delivery costs will be shown at checkout or quoted by phone/email.
• Someone must be present to receive and inspect the delivery unless prior
arrangements have been made.
• For contactless delivery, please notify us in advance and provide specific
drop-off instructions.
• Ensure access is clear for trucks, including any gate codes or special entry
details.
• We are not responsible for damage to driveways, sidewalks, or lawns if
instructed to deliver beyond the curb.
• Landscaping materials (e.g., mulch, stone) may be delivered in bulk and dumped
on your property—please prepare an appropriate drop location.
• If no one is available during the agreed delivery window, a redelivery fee may
apply.
Please notify us of any changes or cancellations at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery. Late cancellations may incur a restocking or redelivery fee.
All materials must be paid for in full before delivery. Orders will not be scheduled for dispatch until payment is received and confirmed.
